Pros:

i love how when im having issues with my PC at home, i can call our IT tech and he can remotely log into my laptop using live meeting. Goodby GoToMyPC, this is way cheaper and its unified communications aspects are killer!

Cons:

our IT guy doesn't like me as much as he used to...because i can now get ahold of him 24/7, haha

Other Thoughts:

shout out to Tim, the best Streamlined Fusion account manager ever - although i will say, he has to be a robot or something because he is at my beck and call 24/7 it seems. (tim if you read this, your the best! you put Intermedia to shame just like you promised, i must admit i had doubts at first, but after you remotely logged into my computer to help me with Outlook, at 2AM, on a Sunday, while you were on vacation...lets just say that spoke volumes!!!)
