Intermedia provides a robust business communications solution. Their OCS offering as well as their hosted Exchange (which now includes Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2007), mobility for BlackBerrys and iPhones, and SharePoint are leading edge!

I got this is conjunction with my hosted exchange plan, and it's been great. I often have to use the screen-sharing, which is really helpful in my industry. I also called their support and got through really fast.
Cons:
no major snafus thus far.
Other Thoughts:
I like this company because they've been really straightforward during my time with them. The setup was easy, support has been really helpful and available and the price is dead-on. It's a bit more money each month than some of the other ones out there, but the extra couple bucks is worth it in my opinion.
