Pros:

Reliability, reasonable cost, and great tech support. A company that really cares.

Cons:

We have had no problems so far.

Other Thoughts:

We use BizCom for OCS, SharePoint, and Exchange. Why? Because, unlike another hosting provider we tried before, BizCom does exactly what it says it’s going to do, and its services work. With OCS we know if an employee is at work or away, we IM and video chat, and we share our screens and work on documents together. Everything functions even though we work in different cities and on different continents.

When we’ve needed tech support, BizCom has been there to help us. There’s no maze of tech support levels to fight through. Instead, we’ve been connected right away to someone knowledgeable about OCS.

BizCom is a great company whose services have helped our business a lot.
